FIJIAN PASSION COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTSFijian Passion Cocktail

Serves 4

170g passion fruit juics

60g pineapple juice

170g dark rum (Fijian rum preferred)

170g triple sec

crushed ice

fresh fruit (to garnish)

DIRECTIONS

Combine juices, rum and Triple Sec.

Fill blender with crushed ice.

Blend until slushy.

Serve in margarita glasses, garnished with fruit.
